Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through research and outreach
Connect with potential clients via email, calls, and professional networking platforms
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
Maintain and update lead database and sales pipeline
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Required Skills and Competencies
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlin
