We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will support our sales and procurement activities by generating B2B leads, acquiring current clients, managing relationships, promoting our services and IT hardware, and coordinating procurement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Promote and sell IT hardware, E-Waste Recycling, ITAD, Data Destruction, and related services.
Identify and source opportunities for purchasing used IT assets and electronic equipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners.




Schedule client meetings and assist with business discussions and negotiations.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, purchases, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Prepare basic sales and business development reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and procurement activities.
Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related qualifications are preferred.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable English communication skills are required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet-based business tools.
