Skills and Experience
Diploma or bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Typically 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, project coordination, process documentation, or business support; fresh graduates with AI or automation project exposure are also welcome to apply.
Solid coordination, organization, follow-up, documentation, and time management skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and project trackers.
Positive attention to detail, basic analytical ability, and ability to consolidate information clearly.
Skilled, discreet, and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR shared services, employee services, global business services, PMO support, or transformation support.
Exposure to ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint lists, or similar tools.
Familiarity with SOPs, process maps, dashboards, UAT support, workshops, or change readiness activities.
