About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven
Performance Marketing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience
in managing paid digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid practical expertise in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
, with a proven ability to drive leads, conversions, and revenue through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta Ads
.
Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
Plan and execute Meta campaigns across
Facebook and Instagram
.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.




Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution.
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
Identify current opportunities to scale campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing.

Mandatory Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong practical experience managing
Google Ads campaigns
independently.
Strong practical experience managing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
independently.
Valuable understanding of
lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
.
Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking.
