Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and guest-focused front office executive to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and guest queries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide skilled customer service.
Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
Manage guest queries, complaints, and feedback.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments.
Update PMS, guest records, and front office reports.
Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions.
Maintain proper shift handover and front office records.
Follow hotel SOPs and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Promote hotel facilities and room upgrades when appropriate.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality.




1–3 years of front office hotel experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
Knowledge of PMS and basic computer operations.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
English and Tamil communication skills preferred.
Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
Manage guest queries, complaints, and feedback.
