Job Overview
We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor with experience in residential construction and finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil and finishing activities at residential project sites.
Monitor workers, contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure finishing work is completed according to required quality standards.
Supervise flooring, plastering, painting, tiling and other finishing activities.
Coordinate with the site engineer and project management team.
Monitor daily work progress and report site updates.
Inspect completed work and identify defects or pending activities.
Assist in preparing residential flats for client handover.
Coordinate rectification and snagging work before handover.
Ensure proper use of materials and maintain site discipline.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in residential projects with builders.
Knowledge of finishing and site supervision.
Positive contractor and labour coordination skills.
Ability to monitor quality and project progress.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
