We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in choosing suitable courses, training programs, internships, and career-development opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand a learner's career goals and recommend the right learning path.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and professionals regarding courses, certifications, internships, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational background, interests, skills, and career goals.
Recommend suitable courses and explain course structure, duration, fees, and career prospects.
Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups,



and conversions.
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Participate in seminars, workshops, college outreach programs, and career counselling activities.
Achieve individual and team counselling/enrolment targets.
Maintain qualified relationships with students and parents.
Collect feedback and maintain solid student engagement throughout the enrolment process.
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, energetic, persuasive, goal-oriented, and genuinely interested in helping students make better career decisions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
