Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage the front office operations and deliver an exceptional experience to visitors and walk-in customers. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage the Experience Centre, coordinate customer visits, and ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
Manage the reception area and front office operations.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in customers.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room schedules.
Ensure the reception and experience centre are presentable at all times.

Experience Centre Management
Conduct walkthroughs and demonstrations of the Experience Centre.
Explain company offerings, products, services,



and design solutions to visitors.
Coordinate appointments and customer visits with internal teams.
Ensure a premium customer experience during every interaction.

Customer Success & Coordination
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Capture customer enquiries and coordinate follow-ups with Sales and Design teams.
Maintain customer records and track enquiry status.
Support customer communication and relationship management activities.
Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer concerns.

Administrative Support
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to customer visits.
Support office administration and event coordination activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
6+ years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service,
