Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, Whatsapp and in-person interactions .
Explain course structure, fees, schedules, batch details and learning outcomes.
Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admissions, education sales, customer service or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Candidates with experience in education, language institutes or coaching centres will be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid counselling, interpersonal and convincing skills.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems, excel, whatsapp and other digital tools.
Ability to handle student information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
