About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Associate with 2+ years of experience in selling digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching digital marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Identify and target potential B2B clients requiring digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Pitch and sell services such as SEO, Google Ads/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, Branding, and Lead Generation.
Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert leads into clients.




Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal digital marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

Required Skills
1+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
Proven experience in selling digital marketing services or IT/digital services.
Robust lead generation and cold-calling skills.
Valuable understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
