Voice Process Executives

US & UK customer support projects
in Chennai. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for
US and UK clients
.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and qualified resolutions.
Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate customer information and update systems as required.
Meet process-specific targets related to
quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
.




Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.
