Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
Handle inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct stock audits/cycle counts.
Monitor FIFO/FEFO and minimize stock damage, shortages, and wastage.
Manage warehouse staff, shifts, productivity, and manpower.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Logistics, Production, and Accounts teams.
Manage WMS/ERP/SAP-based inventory transactions.
Ensure proper warehouse layout and space utilization.
Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch accuracy, and turnaround time.
Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and company SOPs.
Handle documentation, MIS reports, and inventory reconciliation.
