Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve operational goals.
Prepare and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage.
Monitor and control shrinkage, attrition, and manpower utilization.
Maintain and analyze reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Track team KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
Act as a bridge between management and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
