Production Planning Executive

Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure smooth production, optimum resource utilization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Coordinate material, manpower and machine availability.
Execute production schedules and monitor daily output.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.
Monitor production performance, inventory and schedule adherence.
Prepare and review production reports and KPIs.
Identify production delays and take corrective actions.
Support productivity improvement through Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Required Skills
Production Planning & Control (PPC)
MRP / ERP knowledge
Production scheduling and capacity planning




Inventory & material management
MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF functions
Production reporting and documentation
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Lean Manufacturing & 5S

Preferred: Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems.
