Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct individualized learning and developmental activities.
Ensure child safety, supervision and active engagement.
Prepare lesson plans and maintain progress/observation records.
Monitor and document each childs development and behaviour.
Communicate progress and concerns to the Centre Head and parents as per guidelines.
Prepare teaching aids and maintain classroom materials.
Attend teacher meetings and training sessions.
Handle behavioural challenges appropriately and report incidents promptly.
Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness and proper documentation.
Follow BLC SOPs, HR policies and management instructions.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification in Special Education / Montessori / Early Childhood Education / Primary Education or a related field.
Experience working with children with developmental or learning needs will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, patience, empathy and classroom management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, teachers and Centre Head.
Willingness to learn and adapt to individualized teaching approaches.
