Job Description

We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to manage client hospitality and ensure an exceptional experience for customers visiting our premium jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Create a premium and personalized experience for every customer.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
Manage customer hospitality and ensure their comfort during visits.
Coordinate customer appointments and visits.
Assist customers with basic queries and direct them to the appropriate team.
Coordinate refreshments and other hospitality arrangements.
Maintain skilled and courteous communication with clients.
Handle customer requests and special requirements efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.




Maintain a high standard of grooming, etiquette and qualified conduct.
Support the team in maintaining the overall luxury brand experience.
