We are hiring experienced professionals for a US Mortgage Voice Process. Candidates should have strong communication and comprehension skills, along with experience in the banking, mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services domain.
Key Requirements
Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, BFSI, or related financial services.
Candidates with domestic mortgage experience can also apply.
Valuable understanding of US Mortgage processes and terminology.
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
B1–B5 level proficiency preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.
Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs, including split offs.
Preferred Experience
Banking professionals with exposure to mortgage processes.
Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
Experience handling customer interactions while maintaining service quality standards.
Compensation & Perks
Annual CTC: 7–9 LPA
