Job Title: E-Learning Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise.
Convert PPT/storyboards into engaging digital content.
Create basic videos, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
Add interactivities, voiceovers, and subtitles.
Test and publish courses in SCORM/xAPI format.
Upload and manage courses on LMS.
Do basic QA and revisions based on feedback.
Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs.

Skills Required
Knowledge of e-learning tools (Storyline/Captivate – any one).
Positive PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva/Photoshop/Premiere – preferred).
Understanding of LMS and e-learning concepts.
Valuable communication and time management.

Qualification
Graduate in Multimedia / E-learning / Instructional Design / Education / Any related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
