Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executives to manage and optimize our online sales channels.The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory updates, promotional campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
Monitor daily orders, coordinate dispatch, and track deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and social media promotions.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain marketplace compliance and performance metrics.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / diploma in any branch.
0–1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and online advertising platforms.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing software.
