Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our resort's culinary and service teams. You will oversee all dining outlets, banquets, and room service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Manage daily F&B; operations across all resort restaurants, bars, and events.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and guest service.
Resolve guest complaints swiftly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Inspect dining areas daily for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

Financial Management
Control labor and operational costs to maximize resort profitability.
Analyze monthly sales reports to optimize menu pricing and forecasting.
Manage inventory levels, food ordering,



and vendor relationships.
Develop annual budgets alongside the resort executive team.

Team Leadership
Train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Mentor supervisors to foster growth opportunities and team retention.
Enforce local health department codes and alcohol service laws.
Conduct regular performance reviews and team briefings.
