About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our
Product Engineering
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions. This role requires solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ERP domain knowledge, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities
Work on multiple projects such as Babyrific, Payroll Management System, OnSail, inCloudERP, and DD Group ERP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for finance-related solutions.
Develop UI wireframes and mockups using Microsoft Visio.
Manage all phases of software testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Act as a bridge between customers, development teams, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication.




Conduct walkthroughs with department heads for requirement validation and process improvements.
Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as a ScrumMaster.
Maintain and organize documentation using SharePoint.
Provide technical support, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise software products or services (ERP).

Skills & Competencies
Solid Business Analysis skills with experience in Finance & Accounting domains.
Expertise in technical support, user interaction, and customer service.
Hands-on experience with business process documentation, user stories, and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of mobile applications, executive presentations, and IT
