Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and skilled Commis III – Butchery to join our culinary team at a leading 5-star business-class hotel in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a reputed hotel, , or hospitality establishment.

Key Responsibilities

·Break down whole carcasses into primal and retail cuts
Debone, trim, grind, and dice meat
Tie roasts and prepare specialty items like sausages
Inspect meat quality and freshness upon delivery Indeed +3

Store Operations and Display
Weigh, wrap, label, and price products
Arrange neat and attractive counter displays
Rotate stock to reduce food waste
Track inventory levels and order supplies Indeed +3

Safety and Sanitation
Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas
Sharpen knives and adjust saws or grinders
Maintain proper refrigeration and storage temperatures
Follow health and food safety regulations Indeed +1

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
