About the Role

Bodhankar Events LLP is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, taxation, billing, payments and event-wise financial records.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting practices, GST, TDS, invoicing and Tally/ERP systems, along with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Record and verify all sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
Prepare and manage event-wise income & expense statements.
Handle client invoicing, quotations, payment follow-ups and receivables.
Maintain vendor accounts and manage payable schedules.
Prepare bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation regularly.




Maintain proper records of advances received and payments made for events.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements in coordination with consultants.
Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS and outstanding statements.
Verify bills, vouchers, expense claims and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the management, vendors, clients and CA/tax consultants.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
