Role & responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and MS Office applications.
Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.
Configure email accounts in Outlook and mobile devices.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and AMC support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Support CCTV, NVR, biometric devices (if applicable).
Provide remote support using tools like AnyDesk/Remote Desktop.

Preferred candidate profile
Education - Any Graduate
Experience - 6 months Internship
Technical Skills - Must have valuable hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel. Requires a proactive approach and excellent verbal / written communication.
