Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions using Demandware technology stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
Troubleshoot issues related to product catalog management, promotions, pricing, order management, and customer experience.
Ensure seamless integration of commerce cloud with other salesforce modules such as CRM and Service Cloud.
Participate in agile development methodologies like Scrum to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
