Executive – Operations | Job Description

Location: Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore

Work Mode: In-person

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth execution of opening, closing, and shift-related activities.
Ensure food, beverages, and products meet Bakingo’s quality, presentation, and service standards.
Support on boarding and training of new team members through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
Monitor team performance and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Handle customer queries and operational issues calmly and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required.
Follow company SOPs and guidelines related to cash handling, safety, security, hygiene, and sanitation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment throughout the shift.




Ensure compliance with all operational and food safety standards.
Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store operational excellence.
