Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Technical Lead with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in CNC administration, system architecture, technical operations, workplace management, performance tuning, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for managing JDE EnterpriseOne settings, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical governance across development, test, UAT, and production environments.

The resource will work closely with JDE Functional, Technical, Infrastructure, Database, Integration, and Business teams to ensure stable and reliable JDE operations.

Key Responsibilities

JDE CNC Administration
Administer and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environments.
Manage JDE Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, Database Server, Deployment Server, and related components.
Perform CNC configuration,



setting setup, package builds, deployments, and promotions.
Manage JDE users, roles, security, environments, and data sources.
Monitor system health, batch jobs, queues, logs, and system performance.
Troubleshoot JDE application, middleware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.

Installation, Upgrades & Patching
Support JDE EnterpriseOne installations, upgrades, ESUs, ASUs, and application releases.
Perform CNC activities related to Tools Release upgrades and package deployments.
Coordinate JDE patching and maintenance activities across environments.
Support deployment of applications, reports, business functions, tables, and UBEs.

Performance & Production Support
Analyze and resolve JDE performance issues.
Monitor Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS, database, and batch-processing performance.
Troubleshoot long-running UBEs, stuck jobs, memory issues, connectivity problems, and sys
