Job Summary:

A Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The teacher plans and implements age-appropriate educational activities that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and learning activities for preschool children.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom workplace.
Monitor and assess children's progress and developmental milestones.
Encourage social interaction, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
Organize extracurricular activities, events,



and field trips as appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and observations.
Follow school policies and early childhood education standards.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification/licensure (as required by local regulations).
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
Knowledge of child development principles and early learning frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Classroom management and organizational skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
