Tour Planner

We are looking for a creative and organized Tour Planner to join our team and help us create attractive, practical, and competitive tour packages for our website.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and create domestic and international tour packages.
Research destinations, hotels, sightseeing places, transportation, and activities.
Prepare complete day-wise tour itineraries.
Calculate package costs, including hotels, transport, sightseeing, meals, and other services.
Create attractive package descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, and terms & conditions for our website.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local service partners to collect updated rates and availability.
Regularly update existing tour packages according to seasonal demand, prices, and offers.
Identify current destinations and create unique packages based on customer requirements.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop packages that are easy to sell and attractive to customers.

Requirements:




Good knowledge of travel destinations and tourism.
Strong research and planning skills.
Valuable English writing and communication skills.
Ability to create detailed and attractive itineraries.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Experience in a travel agency or tour & travel company will be an advantage.
Freshers with good destination knowledge and strong communication skills can also apply.
