Job Description

Oshanya Healthcare is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with robust hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to join our team in Perumbavoor.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Develop performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets and ROI.
Analyze CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and other key performance metrics.
Conduct keyword and audience research and perform A/B testing.
Manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.




Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Healthcare or medical marketing experience is an advantage.
Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets and performance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
