A Payroll Executive is responsible for processing employee salaries accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, maintaining payroll records, and handling payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for employees.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Calculate salaries, bonuses, reimbursements, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws.
Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll inputs.
Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
Process full and final settlements for resigned employees.
Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
