Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms in accordance with established housekeeping standards and daily room assignments.
Make beds, replace linen, replenish guest amenities, and ensure rooms are guest-ready at all times.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, furniture, floors, balconies, and windows.
Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damages promptly to the supervisor.
Handle lost and found items as per hotel policy.
Operate housekeeping equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.
Adhere to hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures at all times.
Respond to guest requests courteously and within the defined service timelines.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory control of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.
Support team members and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
