We are looking for an
Assistant Manager
with expertise in
Total Rewards
to join the Rewards and Transactions team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the Rewards team.
Your key responsibilities:
Leverage experience in Total Rewards advisory to support client engagements
Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the Rewards domain such as Remuneration Survey (preferable), Broad-based Compensation, Market Intelligence, Advantages Design, Incentive Pay Design, Career Framework, Job evaluation & Job Grading, Annual compensation & Incentive review.
Analyse performance metrics and provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required
Design short term and long-term incentive programs
Administer, direct, and review employee advantage programs, including the integration of benefit programs fol
