We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive sales of electronic products to businesses, dealers, distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and institutional customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to develop new business relationships, and a proven focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate accounts.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electronic products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, inventory, logistics,



and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to management regarding products, pricing, and demand.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, consumer electronics, electrical products, IT hardware, or distribution.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Comfortable with field sales, customer meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, CRM too
