We are looking for a Project Engineer – Mechanical who can take ownership of project

planning, technical coordination, and execution from inquiry to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have valuable exposure to rotating equipment, blowers, motors,

P& IDs, vendor coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, coordinate, and execute projects within committed timelines and quality

standards.

 Understand technical specifications, customer requirements, P&IDs;, blowers,

motors, instrumentation, and rotating equipment.

 Coordinate with clients, Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, Purchase, and

QC teams.

 Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking sheets, Lean Sheets, and project

status reports.

 Prepare Work Orders, Indents, and track materials and activities process-wise.

 Generate enquiries for bought-out components and handle technical

discussions/negotiations with vendors.

 Provide pre-order and post-order technical support to the Sales team.

 Monitor project progress,



identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely corrective actions.

 Possess basic knowledge of Motors, VFDs, Junction Boxes, and Instrumentation.

 Coordinate with suppliers and clients and travel across India as required.

What We’re Looking For

 B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

 4–5 years of relevant experience in Project Engineering / Project Execution.

 Experience with rotating equipment, blowers, industrial machinery, or

engineering projects will be preferred.

 Strong skills in Project Planning, Project Coordination, Execution, and Tracking.

 Ability to read and understand P&IDs;, technical specifications, and engineering

drawings.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/SAP.

 Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD will be an advantage.

 Strong communication, vendor management, negotiation, and problem-solving

skills.
