Role Description
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for Lahara Group’s Chennai office. This full-time,



on-site role will involve partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits frameworks, and workforce planning aligned with a fast-growing technology organization. The HR Manager will manage employee relations, support conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining HR documentation and systems, facilitating training and development programs, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements in processes and support organizational change initiatives.
