Job Summary

Genaxy Scientific Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing / Business Development team for our Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Chennai locations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in the Biotechnology/Life Sciences sector, with strong field-sales, customer-handling, and business-development skills. The candidate will be responsible for developing business in the assigned territory and promoting our range of laboratory and scientific products.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete coverage of the assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit and develop relationships with research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, industries, diagnostic centers, hospitals, laboratories, and other relevant institutions.




- Promote and sell high-technology laboratory products, including:
- PCR Systems
- Gel Electrophoresis Units
- Gel Documentation (Gel Doc) Systems
- Centrifuges
- Laboratory Chemicals
- Laboratory Plasticware
- Conduct daily field visits to meet customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve assigned sales and product-wise targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through:
- Personal customer visits
- Tender bulletins
- GeM enquiries
- Market intelligence and competitor tracking
- Develop and expand the distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop recent customer segments and accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Monitor market potential and provide regular updates to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile
