*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Manage end-to-end SCM, Purchase, PPC, Stores & Logistics operations.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability as per production requirements.
• Lead Vendor Development, Vendor Management & Negotiations.
• Monitor inventory levels, material planning and stock control.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales and Finance teams.
• Resolve material shortages, supplier delays and delivery issues.
• Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization and process improvements.




• Monitor SCM KPIs, MIS and supplier performance.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong experience in Automotive / Gear / Engineering Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in Purchase, PPC, Stores & Inventory Management.
Strong Vendor Development & Negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of ERP & MS Excel.
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage teams and meet production/delivery targets.
