JOB DESCRIPTION – HVAC

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an HVAC candidate,responsible for HVAC design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and project execution. The candidate should have good knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, drawings, site execution, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, execute, install, test, and commission HVAC systems as per project requirements.
- Handle HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VRF/VRV, Ducting, Ventilation, and Exhaust Systems.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, and shop drawings.
- Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct sizing, and piping sizing where required.
- Supervise HVAC installation, ducting, piping, insulation, supports, and equipment erection.
- Conduct testing, balancing, troubleshooting,



and commissioning of HVAC systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP services.
- Experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Knowledge of HVAC testing, balancing, and troubleshooting.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and contractors.
