Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager of age 35 to 40 years old to lead sales operations across Hyderabad and Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional revenue targets, developing key accounts, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regional revenue achievement and market-share growth.
- New customer, hospital, and patient account acquisition.

- Sales forecast accuracy and timely reporting.
- Work with various healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, and specialized wound care centres.
- Generate and attend to new patient leads from hospitals, particularly post-surgical patients requiring ostomy care.




- Achieve assigned targets for current ostomy patient dressings and patient onboarding.
- Educate patients and their families about ostomy procedures, stoma care, and available pouching systems.
- Provide clear instructions on proper hygiene, pouch-changing techniques, and peristomal skin care.
- Assess the patient's body profile and ensure proper fitting and functionality of the ostomy pouching system to minimize leakage, discomfort, and skin complications.
- Monitor the stoma and surrounding skin condition and provide appropriate care and guidance to support proper healing.
- Educate patients on appropriate dietary and food habits to maintain regular bowel function and manage stoma output effectively.
- Explain how different foods and dietary habits may affect digestive health and stoma output.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
