Job Description

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Front Office Executive Sales & Customer Relations.

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting walk-in customers at our showroom/office, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, generating and following up on leads, and assisting the sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

- Plywood & Flush Doors
- Laminates & Decorative Products
- System Aluminum Windows & Doors
- Modular Kitchens
- Other interior and building-related products

This is a customer-facing sales role, and the ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, explaining products, and following up with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally attend to all walk-in customers and visitors.
- Understand customer requirements for plywood, laminates, doors, windows, modular kitchens, and other interior products.
- Explain product features, benefits, designs, specifications,



and pricing to customers.
- Show customers product samples, catalogs, brochures, and displays.
- Generate quotations and coordinate with the relevant sales/technical team when required.
- Maintain a database of customer enquiries and potential leads.
- Regularly follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Track enquiries from the initial interaction until order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the sales, measurement, design, and installation teams for customer requirements.
- Schedule site visits and measurements whenever required.
- Follow up on pending quotations and prospective orders.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a positive showroom experience.
