Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Summary:A Back Office Executive is responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, processing data, preparing reports, and providing operational support to different departments of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle emails, calls, and internal communication as required.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, HR, and other departments.
- Verify and process documents, forms, orders, or invoices.
- Update company databases and maintain customer/vendor information.
- Track pending tasks and follow up with concerned departments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.
- Provide general administrative and operational support.





Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.

Qualification:Graduation/12th pass or equivalent, depending on the company and role.

Experience:Freshers can apply; experience in administration, data entry, customer support, or office operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
