Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls fluently in Tamil to address queries, requests, or complaints.Issue Resolution: Provide transparent, accurate information regarding company products, services, billing, or loan/insurance details within target times.Data Updating: Record details of customer interactions and update CRM or tracking tools, often requiring basic English typing skills.Escalations: Route complex or unresolved technical and service issues to senior teams.Target Achievement: Maintain quality scores, customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT), and call-handling time goals.
