We are looking for an experienced
US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing IT consultants, building vendor relationships, generating requirements, and successfully placing consultants on projects in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and place
bench consultants
with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
US staffing vendors, clients, and recruiters
.
- Identify suitable requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other sourcing channels.
- Submit consultant profiles to relevant requirements and coordinate the complete submission process.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Follow up regularly on submissions and interview status.
- Schedule and coordinate consultant interviews.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their technical skills, experience, location preferences,



visa status, and availability.
- Maintain an active database of vendor contacts and requirements.
- Generate new vendor relationships and expand the company's client network.
- Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
- Work toward weekly and monthly placement targets.

Required Skills
- Minimum
3+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Marketing

- Strong knowledge of the
US staffing and recruitment process
.
- Good understanding of US employment types such as
C2C, W2, and 1099
.
- Experience working with consultants on different work authorizations.
- Strong vendor network and ability to generate requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and consultant profiles.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, job portals, email marketing, and vendor databases.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targ
