We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive to join our team. The person will be responsible for finding new customers, handling enquiries, following up with existing leads, and helping the company increase sales.

You will work with customers such as architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, furniture manufacturers, and other businesses looking for quality wood and architectural wood products.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Contact new leads and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into orders.
- Explain products, materials, specifications, pricing, and applications to customers.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and other B2B customers.
- Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the internal team for orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, billing,



and dispatch teams when required.
- Visit customers or project sites when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager.

What We Are Looking For
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn about wood and architectural products.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and enquiries.
- Previous experience in timber, furniture, interior, construction, building materials, or architectural products will be an advantage.
