Admission Counselor – Kochi

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, generate leads, and drive course enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and sales skills with prior experience in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
- Generate and manage leads through calls and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.




- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and maintain regular admission and sales reports.
