We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Office Trainees to join our hotel team. The trainee will receive practical exposure to front office operations, guest handling, reservations, check-in and check-out procedures, and other essential hotel operations under the guidance of experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office team in daily hotel operations.
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and qualified manner.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and basic complaints under supervision.
- Assist with room allocation and guest registration.
- Learn and assist with reservation procedures and booking enquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, spa, and activities.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
- Assist with luggage handling and guest assistance when required.
- Answer and transfer telephone calls professionally.
- Maintain proper records and documentation as instructed.




- Learn and use the hotel's Front Office/PMS software.
- Assist in maintaining guest profiles and preferences.
- Follow proper guest service and communication standards.
- Maintain excellent grooming, personal hygiene, and uniform standards.
- Follow hotel policies, Front Office SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Participate actively in training and learn different aspects of Front Office operations.
