Role & responsibilities

1) Government Relations & Fund Release:
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with government departments and officials to ensure smooth project operations.
- Oversee and expedite the process for the release of project funds from government entities, ensuring timely disbursement.
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all project-related documentation, including compliance and regulatory requirements, to government bodies.
- Coordinate the timely release of security deposits and bank guarantees, minimizing financial commitments on completed projects.
- Facilitate clear communication with internal teams about fund releases, document approvals, and guarantees, keeping stakeholders updated on project finances.

2) Tendering & Bidding:
- Identify tender opportunities and lead the preparation, submission, and management of compliant bids.
- Ensure adherence to all government regulations and procurement guidelines during the bidding process.
- Engage in negotiations with government entities to secure project approvals and funding.




- Lead the tendering and bidding processes for both Marketing CRR and Marketing NBD departments.

3) Risk Mitigation & Strategy:
- Identify and address bureaucratic or administrative barriers in fund release or project documentation to prevent delays.
- Develop strategies to expedite the release of funds and financial guarantees, reducing holding costs or interest.
- Monitor and mitigate risks in government transactions, ensuring compliance and avoiding penalties or delays.

4) Internal Communication & Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of government-related processes, including fund releases, documentation approvals, and security deposits/guarantees.
- Regularly update management on the financial status of government-related transactions, including fund disbursements and guarantee recoveries, for strategic financial planning.
- Strengthen relationships with government bodies
