Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments/sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up regularly.
