Role Description
The Video Editor Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the creation of high-quality video content for OTLU and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into polished videos, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, and basic effects, and preparing deliverables in appropriate formats for various digital platforms. The intern will assist with color correction and grading,
incorporate motion graphics and visual assets to enhance storytelling, and help optimize content for brand consistency and audience engagement. Collaboration with designers, content creators, and strategists will be expected, along with receiving and implementing feedback to refine video outputs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage and assembling cohesive narratives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with popular editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects or equivalent).
